When Seasons Change is a thoughtful ballad about the passage of the seasons. It is about letting go and trying to accept that time only goes in one direction - forward.

“I have a tendency to get small autumn depressions, when it's getting dark and rough outside. And I can actually get something similar when it gets light again. It is as if my body needs some time to adjust. For me, this song is a way of saying that it is natural that the seasons come and go and that there is nothing you can do about it. Sometimes you need to let go and just follow the natural flow of the seasons. ” - Anna about the song
